A question was raised as to whether it is stated in the By Laws how the CFCE endowment account is to be used.  Can it be used toward the endowed teaching position Dr. Binienda has been attempting to establish or must it be used for scholarships?

Dr. Binienda still wants to establish an endowed undergraduate teaching position.  This position would help improve the ranking of the department.  Mechanical and Chemical Engineering each have several endowed positions, which are research positions.
